I presented shows on Wednesday evenings from October 2004, becoming part of the committee in April 2005, and took on the role of producer for Friday evenings in January 2006.

I worked within the Ground Operations team providing support to aircraft, crew and passengers.

I work within a team to help the passengers disembark/embark, as well as working on the security team, and operating the gangways. I have also worked with the events department for the labour and conservative party conferences, and the rail department on behalf of South Eastern Trains.

Skills and Achievements:
• I gained my First Aid qualification on 4th August 2005
• I passed my AMSA/ISPS security training on 20th April 2005
• I hold a security guard SIA licence which expires end of February 2009
• I hold a basic food hygiene certificate
• I am working on my Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award after completing my Bronze award in 2002
• I was appointed as the school’s Stage Manager, school Prefect, and the Marching bands’s Junior Under Officer
• I am computer literate with all the basic software (Word/Excel/Access…etc)

Leisure Interests:
• I am keen working with computers, from building and maintaining my own at home, to creating and updating software and websites.
• I have always been keen with technical equipment, and followed this up with my involvement with the school’s Stage Crew, helping with all sorts of technical issues. Hence why I volunteer for hospital radio and run my own mobile disco company (AP Events).
• I design and maintain my own websites, software applications, and network
• In June 2004, I completed my fourth London to Brighton, raising about £300 for the British Heart Foundation. I also enjoy swimming, badminton, and going to the gym.
• During the Easter holidays (2003) I joined the school’s adventurous training week as a pupil instructor for the second time, after completing the basic and advanced courses.
• I began learning the trumpet in Year 7, and progressed to 1st Trumpet in the Orchestra, Jazz Band, and Marching Band
